2 eggs 2 C. buttermilk
1/4 C. oil 1 3/4 C. flour
2 T. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt
Preheat pan. In mixing bowl beat eggs, then beat in buttermilk and oil. Add remaining ingrediants: beat only until large lumps disappear. If necessary thicken with additional flour/ thin with additional milk. Pour onto lightly greased pan, cook until bubbles form, and edges are cooked, turn and brown other side.
