Lasagna

Serves 6 - 8 people

1 lb ground beef 8 oz pkg lasagna noodles
1 lb cottage cheese 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese 32 oz spaghetti sauce

Brown ground beef-- drain, and add cottage cheese, and spagetti sauce.
Cook 8 oz pkg lasagna noodles in boiled salted water until tender, stirring frequently-drain.
Layer in baking dish, sauce, noodles, cheese etc.
Bake in oven at 375 for approximately 45 minutes. (cheese will turn a golden brown.

Mom usually uses more cheese-- yummers!
