Well, it happened, Favre retired :( It's bittersweet. I hate that I won't get to watch him play anymore, but I'm happy that he left in a blaze of glory :) He was a great entertainer, athlete, and man. I love that he made mistakes like all of us do. I loved loved loved watching him play. Enjoy retirement Brett :)

I'm so sorry Leisa. I know that you wanted to watch him play in person before he retired, but I agree that he went out a great way. Great season to end with.
I know you'll miss him, how lucky you were to watch him, and know what a great athlete plays like, eh? Is that positive enough? From someone that doesn't watch football? love you Leisa!
