I remember one day I was walking from my fourth perios class to lunch and someone came up to me and said "Bo there were these two girls fighting over you today." I was like, alright that's cool. Not much longer did I find out that it was Renae (this girl that kind of lead me on for a while) and my good ol' sister Beki looking out for her little brother. I guess it wasn't really what I had pictured but looking back on it I know that Beki just didn't want me to get hurt again. My money was on Beki too by the way.
One of my favorite memories of Beki was our trips to Magic Mountain when we would split up, Jill would go with Leisa, and Beki would get stuck with me. I'm not sure how thrilled she was to be with me but I absolutely loved spending the day with her.
When I lived in San Diego with Beki she talked me into joining her indoor soccer team. That was so much fun. I've never played with any of my siblings competitively before and I was never prouder to say that Beki was my sister. This one time we were in a game and we had the ball. I was dribbling the ball up the middle towards the goal and I had Beki a little bit ahead of me to my right. So right when the defender put some pressure on me I passed the ball to Beki. I loved playing with Beki because she always played really smart soccer and she was always where she was suppossed to be. So I passed the ball to her and she took a beautiful one-touch shot that just missed and hit the right side of the goal, I followed up and put it in with me knee. In general I don't really like playing coed soccer because the girls just aren't as agressive as I would like, that definitely wasn't the case with Beki, she played like a Christian.
I love you Beki. I love who you are and the example that you set for me and the family. You're a great sister and an awesome Mom.
I am Bo
P.S. If we ever go to Magic Mountain again I've got dibs on Beki
