Okay so I didn't officially like tie on running shoes and "work-out" but you let me know if this counts.
Ab work-out: shoveling about 60 shovelfuls of rocks from one flower bed to two others. I totally feel it tonight!
Arm workout: Hi-stand hand-stand (some silly game that the bowmans play where we have SEVERAL competitions on who can do handstands the longest and the weirdest ways like banana splits and waterfalls to name a few and all doing it the longest) also wheel barrow races (like the longest one I have ever been in and I won! and a cartwheel race that I also won. My sholders and arms are shaking so bad still.
Ummmmm I didn't do any cardio so I will have to work on that one tomorrow and two more days this week. Thanks for the challenge Beki.

I think that counts. That sounds like a great workout to me.
Jill really has gotten some good work outs here. I have been doing baby lifts... something I am no longer used to (but wish I were).
