So a little while ago, actually it was the saturday of the holiday weekend, I sold 3 accounts that day. Which is almost $400. I've been doing really well on retention so far this summer. But I found out the following Monday that a Moxie Pest Control Sales Rep knocked the same doors that I did like 2 days later. That also means that he knocked the very doors that I sold. The little schister managed to swith over one of my sales giving me my first cancellation and basically taking $100+ out of my pocket. That next week our boss told us that if we switch over one of the Moxie sales, like they did to me, that he would give us an extra $100, just in spite. So yesterday I knocked on a door and they thought that I was the Moxie Sales Rep that sold them just a few days ago. They soon figured out that I wasn't and told me that they wanted the quarterly service that Moxie offered and not the bimonthly service that we at Road Runner offer. But I helped them understand that bimonthly ended up being better and even cheaper for them, and obviously our service was far superior to that of inferior Moxie. Push came to shove and I switched them over to us, making an additional $100. That's nice, I still want to meet the Moxie rep that stole my sale and throw down with him. I may be small but I'm feisty. I love you guys and I'll talk to you later.
